1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a show, registering for a class, workshop, or private session, or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with any booking or registration.

2. Services Offered

Claudya Khalida – Oriental Dance offers the following services:

Details, schedules, and availability for each service are provided on the website and may be updated at any time without prior notice.

3. Bookings and Registrations

All bookings for shows and registrations for classes, workshops, or private sessions must be confirmed in writing (via email or through the website’s contact form). A booking or registration is only considered confirmed once full or partial payment has been received, as indicated at the time of booking.

4. Payment

Claudya Khalida – Oriental Dance accepts online payments through the methods available on the website at the time of booking. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

5. Cancellations and Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

In the event of a cancellation by the client — whether for a show booking, class registration, private session, or workshop — no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason or timing of the cancellation.

In the exceptional case that Claudya Khalida – Oriental Dance is unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered a rescheduled date or a credit toward a future service of equivalent value.

6. Photography and Video Recording

Claudya Khalida reserves the right to photograph and/or record video during classes, workshops, private sessions, and shows. This material may be used for promotional, commercial, and personal purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials.

By participating in any service offered by Claudya Khalida – Oriental Dance, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to the use of such material as described above. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify Claudya Khalida in writing prior to your session or event.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to treat fellow students, instructors, and staff with respect. Claudya Khalida – Oriental Dance reserves the right to remove any participant from a class, workshop, or event without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe.

8. Health and Physical Participation

Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical condition prior to registering for any dance class, workshop, or private session. By registering, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating in dance activities. Claudya Khalida – Oriental Dance is not responsible for any injury that may occur during participation in classes, workshops, or events.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, and design — is the property of Claudya Khalida – Oriental Dance and/or its authorized creators, and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Claudya Khalida – Oriental Dance shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from participation in any of the services offered. The total liability of Claudya Khalida – Oriental Dance in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through this website or during bookings and registrations will be used solely for the purpose of managing services and communications with clients. This information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

Claudya Khalida – Oriental Dance reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website or services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.
